At Luminous Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

✅ 14-Day Return Window

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your items—no questions asked. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Accessories such as scrub caps, socks, or earrings must be unworn and hygienically sealed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Opened accessories that come in sealed packaging

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

  • If your item was purchased during a sale, your refund will be based on the sale price.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
